Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers enrolled in the Vaynatics VIP Membership may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account portal or by contacting customer support at:

vaynatics@use.startmail.com

Upon cancellation:

• future recurring charges will stop;
• access to VIP Membership benefits may remain active until the end of the current billing cycle;
• no further renewal charges will be applied unless the membership is reactivated.

Vaynatics does not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

By purchasing a VIP Membership, customers authorize recurring monthly charges of:

$39.95 USD per month until canceled.

Vaynatics reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

• fraud;
• abuse;
• excessive chargebacks;
• policy violations;
• suspicious activity.
