Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — Vaynatics

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of the Vaynatics VIP Membership program.

By enrolling in the VIP Membership program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

VIP Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their VIP Membership at any time through:

• Their customer account portal;

• Their customer account settings;

• Or by contacting customer support at support@vaynatics.com.

Free Trial Cancellation

New members receive a fourteen (14) day free trial.

If a membership is canceled before the end of the free trial period, no membership fee will be charged.

The membership will terminate at the conclusion of the trial period and no recurring subscription will be created.

Recurring Billing Authorization

Unless canceled before the end of the fourteen (14) day free trial period, the payment method provided at enrollment will automatically be charged $39.95 USD.

After the initial charge, the VIP Membership will automatically renew every month at $39.95 USD until canceled.

By purchasing a VIP Membership, customers expressly authorize recurring monthly charges of $39.95 USD until cancellation.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Future recurring charges will stop;

• No additional renewal charges will be applied;

• Membership benefits may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period;

• Membership access may expire at the conclusion of the active billing cycle.

Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for previous charges.

Membership Refunds

Membership fees are eligible for a refund if requested within fourteen (14) days of the initial membership charge.

Refund requests submitted after fourteen (14) days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund eligibility may be denied in cases involving:

• Fraud;

• Chargeback abuse;

• Excessive refund requests;

• Abuse of membership benefits;

• Violations of Vaynatics policies.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Membership Suspension or Termination

Vaynatics reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate memberships in cases involving:

• Fraudulent activity;

• Abuse of membership benefits;

• Excessive chargebacks;

• Excessive refund activity;

• Reseller activity;

• Policy violations;

• Suspicious activity.

Termination for policy violations may result in immediate loss of membership benefits.
