Welcome to Vaynatics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vaynatics website, products, services, VIP Membership program, and all related features operated by Revealit Studios ("Vaynatics," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing products, enrolling in our VIP Membership program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders where permitted by applicable law.

4. VIP Membership

Free Trial

New VIP Members receive a fourteen (14) day free trial.

No membership fee is charged during the trial period.

Recurring Billing Authorization

Unless canceled before the end of the fourteen (14) day free trial period, your selected payment method will automatically be charged $39.95 USD.

After the initial charge, your VIP Membership will automatically renew every month at $39.95 USD until canceled.

By enrolling in the VIP Membership program, you expressly authorize Vaynatics and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees.

Membership Benefits

Current VIP Membership benefits include:

  • Up to 70% off eligible products.

  • Free shipping on eligible orders.

  • Access to exclusive product releases and member-only offers.

Benefits may be modified, expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Discount percentages may vary by product, collection, inventory category, promotion, or limited-time campaign.

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time through:

  • Their customer account;

  • Their customer portal;

  • Account settings;

  • Or by contacting customer support.

If canceled during the free trial period, no membership fee will be charged.

If canceled after a successful billing charge, membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only.

Membership Refunds

Membership fees are eligible for a refund if requested within fourteen (14) days of the initial membership charge.

Refund requests submitted after fourteen (14) days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund eligibility may be denied in cases involving:

  • Fraud;

  • Chargeback abuse;

  • Excessive refund activity;

  • Abuse of membership benefits;

  • Violations of these Terms.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Membership Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate memberships for:

  • Fraudulent activity;

  • Reseller activity;

  • Chargeback abuse;

  • Excessive refund activity;

  • Abuse of membership benefits;

  • Policy violations;

  • Suspicious activity.

5. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders;

  • Limit quantities purchased;

  • Reject transactions presenting elevated fraud risk;

  • Request identity verification when necessary.

Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.

Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Fraud prevention;

  • Inventory shortages;

  • Pricing errors;

  • Payment processing issues;

  • Suspicious activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Vaynatics ships worldwide where available.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;

  • Customs authorities;

  • Government actions;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Supply chain disruptions;

  • Incorrect customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Certain products may be designated as final sale, non-returnable, or non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Vaynatics support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, communications, tracking information, account activity, and supporting documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute resolution providers in response to disputes.

Fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargebacks may result in:
